Here’s yet another track by Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds. “I’d Pick You Every Time” is the B-Side to his previous single, “If I Had A Gun.” On this track, we see a clear shift in style, leaving behind his britpop influences, and opting instead for a folk vibe. I quite like it; it’s definitely nice to see him trying out different sounds. Check it out below.

The anticipation keeps building for Noel Gallagher’s upcoming release of Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds. We’ve previously heard “The Death Of You And Me” and “If I Had A Gun” – both great tracks. Here’s “AKA… What A Life”, the latest single to be released by the former Oasis member. The sound is pretty different from the two other songs, this time opting for a more dance-y vibe, instead of the rock and roll jams we’ve grown accustomed to. I’m curious to see what he’ll come up with next; from the look of it, the album promises to be a good one.

Noel Gallagher continues to prepare for the release of his project’s forthcoming album, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, set to be released October 17th. “If I Had a Gun” is our second preview – we previously heard “The Death Of You And Me”. Thus far I am really enjoying these tracks; not surprisingly, they both have a distinct Oasis quality about them, which isn’t a bad thing. Listen below.
